2. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return if:

- the product has a manufacturing defect;
- the product is incomplete or missing essential components.
Return requests are subject to verification by ITALTRIKE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
Returns requested for reasons other than those described above may be accepted at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, customers should contact our Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order.
The request should include, where applicable:
- order number;
- customer name;
- description of the issue;
- photographs of the product and its packaging, if requested.
Additional information may be requested to assist in evaluating the claim.
4. Return Conditions
Returned products should, where reasonably possible:
- be unused except to the extent necessary to identify a defect;
- include all accessories and original components;
- be returned in the original packaging where available.
These conditions do not affect any statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
5. Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products are subject to inspection after they are received.
If the return request is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Where the original payment method cannot be used, an alternative refund method may be arranged in accordance with applicable law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution or banking system.
7. Replacement Products
Where a replacement is approved, we will make reasonable efforts to dispatch the replacement product as soon as practicable, subject to product availability.
If the same product is no longer available, an equivalent solution may be offered.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returns may not be accepted where:
- the product has been intentionally damaged or misused;
- the product has been modified or altered after delivery;
- the issue results from improper assembly, handling or storage;
- the product shows damage caused by use contrary to the supplied instructions or safety recommendations.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
9. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved due to an error on our part, a defective product or another eligible reason, return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our Customer Support team.
For all other returns, shipping responsibilities will be determined in accordance with the circumstances of the return and applicable law.
Customers should not return products without prior authorisation from ITALTRIKE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
10. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and may be accepted only before the order has entered the shipping process.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing contained in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
Where mandatory legal protections provide greater rights than those described in this Policy, the applicable law shall prevail.
