Artificial intelligence and visual content on italtrike.in
Last updated: 3 November 2026

This policy explains how ITALTRIKE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED uses artificial intelligence (AI) in visual content on this website, and how to interpret that content when choosing and using our products.

1. Which images use AI?

A substantial proportion of our representative and lifestyle images are generated using AI. These include promotional scenes, imagined settings and images showing people or children with our products. Some visuals may combine product photography with AI-generated people, backgrounds or other elements.

Our still-life product photographs — images of the actual product presented on its own — are not AI-generated. An AI-generated setting around a photographed product remains an illustrative composite.

2. Illustrations, not real-life testimonials

AI-generated people, settings and situations are illustrative. They should not be understood as photographs of actual customers, real events, customer experiences or endorsements. They do not substantiate claims about a product's performance, benefits, safety, certification or suitability for a particular child.

AI-generated scenes may contain visual inaccuracies, including differences in scale, proportions, colours, accessories or the way a product is used. Props and background objects are not included unless expressly listed in the product description. This explanation does not excuse an inaccurate or misleading product claim.

3. Choosing a product

For purchasing decisions, consult the still-life product photographs together with the relevant product description, selected variant, dimensions, materials, age guidance and list of included items. Lifestyle scenes do not change those details or the terms of your purchase.

If a scene appears inconsistent with the product information, please contact Customer Support before ordering so we can clarify the discrepancy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights where goods or advertising do not match their description.

4. Children's safety

An illustrative scene is not a demonstration of safe use or a substitute for the instructions and warnings supplied with a product. Always follow the applicable age and weight limits, assembly instructions, supervision requirements and protective-equipment guidance. Do not imitate a depicted activity if it conflicts with those instructions or creates an unsafe situation.

5. Transparency and responsible publication

Our standard is to make AI use clear where it could affect how an image is understood. Realistic AI-generated or materially AI-altered promotional visuals should carry a clear disclosure, such as “AI-generated illustrative image”, alongside or within the relevant visual. A composite can be identified as “Product photograph with AI-generated setting”. This policy provides additional context and does not replace a disclosure needed at the point where content is shown.

AI content must not be used to fabricate customer reviews, endorsements, test results or certifications, impersonate a real person, or misrepresent a product's essential characteristics. Material inaccuracies should be corrected or the affected content removed. Any labelling or technical provenance requirements applicable to the content or distribution platform must also be followed.

6. Privacy and personal likeness

A realistic synthetic person is not evidence that a real person used or endorsed our products. Where an identifiable real person's image or other personal data is involved, applicable privacy, consent and personality-right requirements remain relevant, including safeguards for children. This policy does not seek consent to use your personal data for AI training or image generation. Information about the handling of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

7. Indian consumer protections

This policy supports transparent advertising under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the CCPA Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements and Endorsements for Misleading Advertisements, 2022. A general AI notice cannot hide material information or cure misleading advertising. Applicable requirements under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules also remain in force; obligations directed specifically at intermediaries depend on the service and role concerned.

Nothing here excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties or the right to raise a complaint with a competent authority.

8. Questions and concerns

If an image appears misleading, inaccurate, unsafe, or to use someone's likeness without permission, please contact Customer Support or the Grievance Officer listed on our Company Information & Grievance Redressal page. Include the page URL, a description of your concern and, if helpful, a screenshot. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information, particularly about children. We will review the concern and take appropriate corrective action, with complaints handled within applicable legal timeframes.

We may update this policy as our use of AI or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
